While small rolling manufacturers lack such equipment the finished item needs to be heated many times. In the process of multiple heating, the steel temperature is difficult to control, and the mechanical properties of different parts of the material will be different. At the same time, Fe-C crystal will be diverse and unstable, with poor surface compactness and weak corrosion resistance.
