The Pallet Shuttle is a semi-automated storage and retrieval system that allows for maximum utilization of warehouse space. Easily manage shuttle trays with remote control, radio shuttle trays load into storage and load and execute commands to load or unload trays into a driveway. The driveway is handled by forklifts such as forklifts or sitting forklifts. At the heart of the advanced radio shuttle racking system is the radio shuttle car. The low-key car is designed to pass easily under a pallet.
The Pallet Shuttle is built on specially designed Pallet shelves, equipped with guideways and rails to accommodate the radio shuttle. When the radio shuttle reaches the desired pallet, a platform is raised to support the pallet and raises it a few inches. The shuttle then smoothly transports pallets to the front of the racking system, easily removing a pallet. The shuttle is battery-powered, which helps reduce emissions from the warehouse. The storage system is equipped with a battery, charger and remote control.
